Self care tools for coaches and athletes
The inner life of the athlete is often still a grey zone that’s left to the athlete to deal with. Athletes often have a relationship to their body that is skill-based - how can we expand the relationship they already have to a more introspective one? Self-care practices can support athletes to deal with mental challenges they experience before, during, after and between games, the frequent drop of performance between practice and the game. In this session Olivier will cover a variety of topics in a hybrid session with material from his past decade of experience, his experiments to go out of accepted athletic development and guided exercises you will be able to join.
