What to Expect:

Open Discussions on Topics that Matter: Meaningful conversations on topics like mental health in sport, mental skills development, changing the culture of sport, and redefining success. You’ll have the chance to explore the power of love and compassion in sport, discover why mindfulness is key, and learn how play and creativity can unlock new possibilities in your life and work.

Reflection and Check in Exercises:  Each session will include moments of reflection and guided exercises to help you tune into your thoughts and emotions. This is a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and gain clarity on your journey.

Space to ask Questions and Seek Guidance: Whether you need advice on a personal or professional challenge, want to deepen your understanding of mental skills, or just need some encouragement, the TAP team is here to support you.

Connect with Fellow Members:  Coffee Mornings are also about building a stronger community. Share your experiences, learn from others, and create lasting connections with like-minded people who value growth, mindfulness, and a new approach to sport.
